Just been driving back from a mental health conference in mid Wales and started wondering about what cars The Specials drive? Step up Mike and Willo. Also what do forum members think the band members should drive? _________________ A destructive life is a life not being lived |

Roddy - 1957 Ford Thunderbird V8
Nev - Volvo estate - voted best 'passion wagon' by Daily Mail readers
Jerry - takes the bus
Brad - MKII Jaguar - just seems right
Lynval - Prius (lives in LA obligatory!)
Horace - can only be a chauffeur driven Rolls for our knight of the realm
Terry - nothing cos he's gutted he didn't get the roller _________________ www.theskamasters.com |

Jerry because he is a bohemian.
Horace because this a work of art and he is an artist.
Nev 'cos he is fast and fun and this is a getaway vehicle.
Terry as he loves french ballads and collects "Ne me quitte pas" - the decapotable version is pretty fantastic! he has good, thick hair and it will stand the breeze.
Roddy of course and his co-driver Jet Rink.
Brad because he looks really fit, sporty, this is Monte Carlo Rally winner and all of the headlights remind me of his drum kit.
Lynval as this is actually called:The MGA With An Attitude (and Lynval has a great, great attitude!

Is the bulletproof bomb, or whatever it's called, actually based on a real car? _________________ F-F-F-F*CK ART, LET'S DANCE! |

Interesting. My Dagenham Rocker friend had an immaculate '68 Blue Dart GTS with a 440 replacing the stock 340 jammed into it; and it was scary fast
