| this is advertised on pauline blacks site so its looking like a case of pauline black and her band rather than the selecter!!!!!!!!!!!!!,so £25 is a lot for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.why can,t they just do it for the fans and put there problems to one side!!!!!!!!!!!! |

D'ya wanna provide a little clarity around these spamming posts you're making?
What line up is in each band at these gigs you're promoting?
Why are the tickets so costly?
We saw the Beat, Pauline and Neville Staple for £22 a couple of weeks back at the forum, and to be fair, The Beat were not up to much.
Has Pauline Black agreed for you to bill this gig as The Selecter?
Who are you and what have you promoted before now?
This site is by fans for fans and while we're all deadly keen to support the worldwide ska scene, I'm not convinced anyone here is gonna respond kindly to having the wool pulled over their eyes.
We want to attend great gigs, and will shell out, but please be up front and let us know what we're getting for our money.
I'm more than happy to go to see Pauline Black billed as Pauline Black performing her songs, those of the Selecter or anything else she chooses to sing, but if it aint the Selecter then don't say it is.
You may also be interested to know that another Selecter member is now back out and trading under that name....so good luck with the legals on that one.
In the meantime, please respond with a bit of honesty and tell us what you're actually offering for the ticket price....which, quite frankly, is a bit steep and worth a re-think.
Apart from that - best of luck with your venture. _________________ The Only Living Boy in Tulse Hill

Dodgy... even though it's about someone we like, it's an advert post really, surprised it hasn't been zapped. _________________ What's the use in fighting? you shouldn't really fight. |

I would pay this for the proper Selecter but maybe not if it isn't. |

I'd pay the £25.00 even if it was just Pauline but to try and infer that its the Selecter is just wrong.
Thanks Nanks, you saved me a whole bunch of typing and countless spelling mistakes _________________ As good today as it was then |
