Charley first off thank you for the magnificent music you have given us over the years. Sorry to be so parochial but can I ask what are your memories of Dublin from your times here with the Century Steel Band and working with Pete St John?

Hello Charlie, how is Ghetto Child doing as a track and a project? and are you coming over to promote it.

Secondly, when are you lot going to sort out a Selecter tour for for all the people who want to see and hear for themselves how good the original line up was.

Thanks

Tom

Hello Charley! If you could go back 20 or 30 years & give the younger you a piece of advice about music/the music industry, what would it be?

Hi Charley,

Did The People record anything other than the 'Musical Man' / 'Sons & Daughters' single? If so, is there any chance of theses ever being released?

What are your best and worst memories of the 2 Tone Tour?

Will you be following 'Ghetto Child' up with a new lp?

Cheers

Liam

Hi Charley,

Which ska band was your favourite from the 2 Tone era and how did you feel the first time you appeared on Top of The Pops with The Selecter ?

I am also a fan of The Skalatones, which is a band that you performed with from Sweden, and I would like to know if there are any plans for you to tour again ?

Hi Charley, first thanks for your contribution to 2 tone.

Did you get to see the Specials on their 30th Anniversary tou?, If you did what did you think?, Do you think the members of The Selecter could also bury the hatchets and re- form?

Hi Charley, where do think it all went wrong for 2-Tone after such a promising start, and did you feel that The Selecter had more to offer that they didnt get a chance or time to show.

Hi Charley, have a few questions. Thanks for your contribution to 2 Tone. I must say, I really do love your work with The Selecter... top stuff! I've got quite a few questions Shocked sorry!

Any chance of you touring Singapore or Asia? Who would you like to collaborate in the future with? Who do you listen to now? Do you have an iPod, or do you still listen use your record or cd player?

P.S I'm only 15 years old. So, there you go, there's some proof that you've got a whole new generation enjoying your work!

Thanks,
Harry Scoffin

Charley Hi

Who or what inspired you to learn the bass and who have been some of your favorite bass players through the years?
